Day Camp

PURPOSE
Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, and teamwork while helping the individual become a strong athlete both on and off the court.

SESSIONS

DAY CAMP ONE ............. JUNE 13-15
DAY CAMP TWO ............. JUNE 26-28

Camp is held at the Vines Center at Liberty University.

Monday  - Wednesday    HALF DAY: 9 a.m. - Noon.
                          FULL DAY: 9 a.m.  - 3:00 p.m.

Half-day camp is for 6-10 year-olds.  Campers will get the same instruction as full-day campers but will be dismissed at noon.  Contact the camp office for any questions on full-and half-day eligibility.  Half-day campers will NOT be provided with a lunch hour but will have two snack breaks per day.

Gym doors open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 3:00 p.m.  Flames Basketball Camp cannot arrange any housing, transportation, or child supervision before or after camp hours.

LUNCH (Full-Day Campers ONLY)
Lunch will be available for purchase each day from one of the camp sponsors.  Campers are also permitted to bring their lunch.

CAMP STORE
All campers are strongly advised to keep their spending money and valuables in the camp bank. The bank will be open when the concession stand is open so that campers will have frequent access to their money. There is no fee for the service and any remaining balance in the account should be collected on the last day of camp.

MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical services are available through Liberty Athletic Training. A certified athletic trainer is on duty for the duration of camp.

PICK UP/DROP OFF
All campers are to enter the Vines Center through the Gate 1 glass doors next to the ticket office. Parents or guardians are encouraged to park in the Furnace Lot and walk your child inside the building. Camp staff will be outside to escort parents and campers inside the building.

Parents or guardians are required to enter the Vines Center to pick-up your camper. No campers will be dismissed from the Vines Center unaccompanied by a parent or guardian.

Open to any and all participants. Only restricted by age.
